How We Operate
The service is free to the customer. A partner bank may pay us after an issued mortgage. The fee does not change request routing or the presentation of released offers.
What the platform does
- Request-specific terms: public calculator estimates are not bank offers.
- Controlled release: only offers submitted by a routed bank and released by ops appear to you.
- Bank decision: the selected bank confirms final terms and makes the lending decision.
