How to close your account

1. Sign in with the email address or phone number you registered with.
2. Open "Your data" in your account.
3. Choose "Close my account" and confirm. The closure is immediate and cannot be undone.

What stays, and why

Closing removes your name, email address and phone number, and ends every sign-in. Some records are kept because the law or the banks' financial records require it:

• The mortgage requests you sent — we may be required by law to keep them.
• The consent records — they are the evidence of what you agreed to and when, including this closure.
• The offers the banks made — these are financial records.
