Privacy Policy
Draft pending counsel review. This policy describes how your data is handled on the platform today. The wording is under review by Georgian counsel before final publication.
1. Who processes your data
The operator of ipotekebi.ge is LLC INAVI, identification code 404815875, registered at Georgia, Tbilisi, Mtatsminda District, Guram Rcheulishvili Street N17, Apt. N28. For questions or data-protection requests, contact hello@ipotekebi.ge.
2. What data we collect
- Contact data: full name, phone, email, preferred language, and preferred contact channel.
- Request data: property type, location, estimated price, down payment, loan amount, term, currency, income, income currency, income source, existing obligations, and co-borrower details if you enter them.
- Technical and analytics data: IP address, device type, browser, language, cookie/analytics identifiers, UTM, and source data.
At this stage the platform does not ask you to upload identity, income, or property documents.
3. Why we process data
We process data to run calculations, prepare comparison results, route your request to partner financial institutions, create a PDF summary, provide support, ensure security, prevent fraud, run analytics, and meet legal/audit obligations.
ipotekebi.ge does not make a final lending decision about you.
Automated processing. We may use automated comparison logic to prepare estimated comparison results, payment calculations, currency-risk indicators, and informational matching outputs. These outputs are informational only and are never used to make a final lending decision.
4. Who your data is shared with
After your consent, your contact and request data are shared with the partner financial institution(s) to which ipotekebi.ge routes your request, so they can contact you and review it. ipotekebi.ge selects which partner institutions receive a request — you are not choosing a single bank on the platform.
Data may also be processed by our technical service providers — hosting, email, SMS, CRM, analytics, security, and document/PDF generation.
Data may be disclosed to a public authority or court where required by applicable law.
5. Consent and withdrawal
When you submit your request, you separately confirm (via a checkbox) that your data may be shared with the partner financial institution(s) ipotekebi.ge routes it to. We store the consent time, text version, and the request details for audit purposes.
You may withdraw consent by writing to hello@ipotekebi.ge. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed, or data already shared with a partner institution, before the withdrawal.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to deliver the service and for audit, partner/commission settlement, dispute prevention, and any legally required period. Consent records are retained for the period required by applicable regulation.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — access control, logging, encrypted connections, and least-privilege access. No online system is fully secure; please do not enter unnecessary or unrequested sensitive information.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other applicable rights. Send requests to hello@ipotekebi.ge; we respond within the period required by law.
9. Cookies and analytics
We may use necessary cookies for the service to function, and analytics/marketing cookies only where permitted. Where required, you may be shown a cookie banner or preferences center.
10. International transfers
If a technical provider processes data outside Georgia, we ensure an appropriate legal basis and safeguards.
11. Minors
The platform is intended for adults researching residential mortgage products. Minors should not use it without a parent or legal representative.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The updated version is published here with its effective date. Electronic consent records, timestamps, and service-communication logs may be retained for audit, compliance, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.
